Absolutely Electrical Inc. provides a lifetime warranty on labour for the electrical services or repairs listed on your invoice. The warranty period commences immediately upon the installation or repair of your wiring or electrical system. Because we stand behind our workmanship, we offer this protection to ensure your long-term peace of mind.

Coverage and Limitations

The customer understands that our liability under this warranty is strictly limited. In particular, coverage applies only to the repair of work performed under the original invoice’s scope. Furthermore, this warranty does not extend to property damage caused by the overload or misuse of the electrical system. Consequently, any failure resulting from improper use during the warranty period is not covered.

Legal Rights and Enforcement

This lifetime warranty is only enforceable by the original customer. Therefore, it is not transferable to subsequent owners. While this policy gives you specific legal rights, you may also have other protections. Ultimately, these rights vary from province to province across Canada.
